- The Agent calls the consumer about his/her inquiry.
- The Agent answers any concerns or questions of the consumer.
- The Agent writes a policy for the consumer based on the wants and needs.
- Deliver/Mail them the policy.
- Follow up with any Questions.
- Ask for referrals.
